WHAT TO EXPECT FROM TPS

TRUST & RESPECT

It is important for you to know I highly value your time and endeaver to promptly keep every appointment we make. If for some reason I can not make our appointment or am running late, I will communicate with you before hand. Everything I say I will do... I will do. If we decide to make changes it will be after discussing it over with you.

PROJECT INQUIRY 

No matter how large or small the project is, whether interior or exterior, for your home or business, we would love the opportunity to walk through the job with you and submit a free estimate.  Simply call me to schedule a time to come and look at the project.  

ESTIMATE/BID

Once we have taken a look at the project we will submit a detail estimate which outlines the area to be painted, scope of work involved, color scheme and cost.

PAYMENT

On small jobs payment can be made at the end of the project.  However on larger projects payment will be broken into 3 payment. The first to begin the project, the second when we are halfway done then the 3rd and final payment will be made once the project is complete. 

TIME LINE

Once we come to an agreement on the bid, we then set a date to begin the project. When we begin work we stay on the job until it is completed.  We usually complete jobs close to the time we estimate at the beginning.  We understand that communication is key so we can meet your expectations and finish in the time frame given. 

CHOOSING COLORS

Still trying to decide on a color? No worries!  We can recommend a decorator and will take the time to paint some samples to help you find the perfect colors. 

WALK THROUGH

When we complete the project, final payment will be collected after we have done a walk through of the work together and you are satisfied.
